      DISHONEST SHOP!!I have brought my car to **** (owner) back when he was working out of a backyard garage on *******. It was a honest shop back then. Now that he has expanded h his business to ******************** like customer service has gone down the toilet. He is not on site anymore and wont speak to customers even if there is a disagreement. There is a ***** *** behind the desk that seems to be running things now. I had an unfortunate encounter with him where he lied about calling me to approve services to my vehicle that I did not approve. I just wanted my brakes and rotors changed and that was confirmed when I dropped off the vehicleonly to be forced to pay for an extra tire rotation ($50 -while tires were already taken off already for brake job!) and coolant top off ($20) that was not pre approved (I had the tires already rotated that same morning at the dealership with an oil change!!). I understand that miscommunications can happen, but dont lie and tell me you called me to approve the extra services!! I have no tolerance for dishonesty!!PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!

      I had my alternator replaced at Everything Auto Store, and unfortunately, it turned into a complete nightmare. During the repair, the mechanic somehow damaged my AC drain hose, which I didnt even notice until I started having issues with the air conditioning system soon after the service. When I returned to the shop to address the issue, the mechanic had the nerve to charge me $200 just to diagnose the problem a problem that they had caused in the first place!It's extremely frustrating to be treated like this, especially when you're trusting them to handle the repairs. They should have owned up to the damage and fixed it without charging me for something that wasnt my fault. Instead, they tried to pass the blame and squeeze more money out of **** would not recommend this place to anyone. They dont take responsibility for their mistakes, and their customer service is awful. I will never be coming back to Everything Auto Store. Please take your car somewhere else if you value your time and money!

      DO NOT BY A USED CAR FROM THIS BUSINESS!! I saw a car that I liked at this dealership/Auto Repair Shop. Every time I wanted to look at the car the owner was never around. A Mechanic ******* took me for a test drive around the block and we never really picked up speed with the car. He kept saying turn here, turn there, we even stopped by his home so he could pick up something. But never went really fast. We heard a noise and asked what was that and he said that was just a normal noise this car makes. He said he tested the car, it was inspected and it was the best car on the lot. I trusted him and put 500 down on Saturday 8/17/2024. He hand wrote me a receipt for down payment. I knowing nothing about cars and desperately needing a car in my price range went ahead with it. I met with owner on the Monday. Gave him 6000 more for the car. He said it came with a 30 day warranty, I was so excited I didn't even get it in writing or a receipt. But I did get the title. On the way home it made a very loud noise when I hit the gas but my home was close so I didn't get any speed on it. I put it in my driveway and a week later got it registered at *** and took it on the **************. It started make a horrible noise, smoke started coming from the dashboard and flames licking out of the front hood. Then the breaks gave out. I was lucky to be near rest stop I pulled off and prayed for car to stop. It did. The door would not open. Luckily for me window still worked and seat belt unlocked. Other motorists pulled me from burning Vehicle. This happened on 8/26/24 at 4:15 pm by exit 13. It was a an inferno. I could not even go back to get my iphone or wallet. It was burned to a crisp. I was happy to escape with my life. When I went back to dealership, they tried to act like I did something to the car. They were my best friends when taking my money when I asked them what they were going to do they acted like they didn't know me. They didn't care, sent me on my way with nothing.

      Very unprofessional and very rude to get a real customer who wants simple things done but they and **** prolonged my car to be on lien when at first they asked for money upfront like from $1600 to 5k to start a simple removal of my transmission to even out the play of my clutch to ensure smooth shifting in gears because I told them I did it on a driveway without a lift and they were at the time have a lift of 6, them saying Im going to abandon it in which I wont leave my only car I have to get me going with my disabilities and they complained about me being in the way when they should know what they are doing but point blank I missed out by sending them total of $3,321 which is way more then the problem I have with car and from March 26th to present shouldnt be that long to get the job done and stop asking for upfront money when you dont know how the job will turn out if you know what you are doing which they dont period. I need my money back and job to be fully done and fully tested and if anything happens they are held accountable for their actions when I get my car registered and insured.

      Very unprofessional. Lied on me about I wanted to do with my car. And charged me bogus chargers. They seem racist and was treating me certain way because I was black. It was disheartening and heartbreaking. I dont recommend any black people to do business with them.

      Less than one star. Starts off accommodating and then the mgr and front office person are gone together at least three days in the 3 weeks I had my car serviced. Did work at exorbitant cost without warning me. I had to ask several times for detailed receipts. They offered SNAP FINANCE as a need but never said how much they charge in interest plus kept increasing my limits with SNAP.

      lied to me and tried to deceive me they said they would do my car but they didn't and they asked me for money they took money from me for the car they didn't make
