    I bought a glass for my dinning table on 8/30/24 at this business, in which I paid $680.00 but they did something wrong to the glass and I brought it back for them to fix it. They accepted to correct the problem but while they were fixing it, they broke the glass on their machine. When I went back two weeks later to get my glass, they told me that the glass broke. So, they told me they will make it again because it was their problem. After, going back few times trying to get the replacement glass, they said they won't make back or give me the money back. The last time I went to get the glass was on December 2024 but they didn't have it ready, Then I went back again on 2/18/25. On December they told me to give them two more weeks and I gave them about two more months but nothing happened. I asked them what's going to happen with the glass or my money, and their answer was that they won't make it or give me the money back which made me call the police on that day. After a conversation they told me that if I bring a copy of the receipt, they would give me the money back, the police officers recorded everything they said about the problem. Next day on 2/19/25 I went back again with the receipt and nothing happened, I had to call the police again because they didn't do what they said the previous day. The police officers asked them what they going to do to solve the problem and they said they won't give me the money back or do it over, meaning I had to walk out without my glass which I had paid for or my money back, if they broke it, they should be responsible for it. So the officers advised to make a complain so that I can get help to get my money back because the officers could not force them to pay the money back. Their business tax ID# **********. Thank you!

    We have supplied this customer with the right ******************** in the correct measurements according to his invoice. He comes in and says he measured incorrectly and ask us to cut and polish his glass further. We let him know we can make adjustments but if any damages to the glass while we're processing the cut/polish it would not be our responsibility. Unfortunately the glass shattered during the polishing process.
