    Im submitting a formal complaint involving a fraudulent Amazon seller and ******* mishandling of a $2,000 return.I purchased a new **** OptiPlex 7010 Micro Desktop 2TB SSD / 32GB RAM / Windows 11 Pro for approximately $2,000 on ****** from what appeared to be the official **** Store. The product never worked properly, and after further inspection, I discovered the computer was actually used, originally sold in ******, and not shipped by ****, but by a deceptive third-party seller misrepresenting themselves under ****s name.After several frustrating attempts to troubleshoot, ****** eventually acknowledged the extraordinary situation and granted an exception to their return policy, allowing me to return the unit well after the standard 30-day window.I followed every instruction and returned exactly the computer I received. However, the seller later claimed I sent back a different, broken unit with different specs and serial number a claim that is 100% false. ****** sided with the seller without allowing me to provide evidence, and without investigating deeper. As a result, the fraudulent seller now has both my $2,000 and the computer.This is not a simple return dispute. This is a clear case of fraud, and ****** is enabling this behavior by:1.Allowing third-party sellers to pose as trusted brands like *****2.Failing to verify returns and enforce seller accountability.3.Blocking me from any further appeals despite my evidence and honesty.I am requesting the following:A full refund of the $2,000 I paid.A formal investigation into the third-party sellers deceptive business practices.Oversight and accountability from ******, who facilitated the fraud and refused to protect a long-standing customer.If this issue goes unresolved, others will be vulnerable to similar abuse. This incident has caused me significant financial stress and demonstrates a deeper flaw in Amazons seller oversight and dispute resolution system.Thank you for helping!
