      The business is a scam. They set me up with an examiner that didn't show any credentials by the name of Elena B*****. Elena B***** profile shows that she is a supervised examiner and was supposed to be assisted by GPN owner Michael M***** or senior examiner. How would this be possible that Michael M***** be of assistant when he is out of this state? No post test review was performed and just unprofessional handling.

      I paid a $225 on 2/24/2023 plus $150 on 2/25/2023 for a test date of 3/3/2023

      This customer took two polygraph exams with this examiner.  The first was on 3/3/23 which I did supervise.  Please remember that this is 2023 and supervision can be handled remotely in real time...  we have that technology now.  I also assisted with creating the exam questions and scoring the charts.  The examinee failed the exam, and then later admitted to lying on the exam.  However, this client then hired the examiner directly (not through GPN) for a second exam, which took place on 3/10/23.  GPN was NOT involved with the client's second exam in any way, and can take no responsibility for the outcome of that exam.  Note that our examiners are independent operators and are members of our organization, but they are not employees or contractors of GPN.  GPN is NOT responsible for exams that our members handle on their own, outside of their association with GPN. We do not supervise exams that have not been requested through GPN.  That would be like holding the BBB responsible for every service provided by its members.  The client must address any issues surrounding the second exam directly with the examiner, since GPN was not involved with that exam.  We stand behind our written guarantee - *************************************************************  -  Michael M***** (owner)
