On July 12,2025 I contracted with TC’s for grading and 6” concrete driveway and 4’x4’ concrete padd in front of my home along with two mafia blocks and top soil, I gave him a deposit $9250.00 what the contract requires. So far what was done he brought 2 equipment while trying to leave the equipment in the rear of the property for safety reasons it dug up my lawn, the next day he brought one load of top soil and unloaded onto property. There were a hugh pile of metal in the rear of my property he loaded it onto his truck and haul it away saying that he will returned after taking lunch, he was not contracted to removed the metal, at this point I wanted to believe it was a plan to have his equipment in the rear of the property to used it for loading the metal on to his truck. I see there is another load of dirt on the other side of the property still wondering how that got there. To date he have not returned he sent a transporter to removed his equipment , I called him to asked why he moving his equipment and not completing my job, he said I needed it for another job over the weekend and he used a transporter because he wrecked his truck. I did asked what’s going on with my job then, his words “to be honest I won’t be able to come back until Thursday 7/31/25” On 7/30/25, I kept calling and texting to confirm he is coming back, he is not responding to my voicemail or Text, when he finally respond he stated:
On Monday ***** fired me. I am on another job.
I did what you hired me to do. We walked through the job and what was agreed upon was done.
***** is my husband called to asked if he was genuinely coming in 7/31, due to many time he said he will be coming in and never show up. Nothing to do with fired and he did not do nothing we have contracted him to do. Timothy ******* is a total scammer, my gut instinct was telling me when he set an appointment on July fourth along with his wife shows up to take a walk through as to what needed to get done. Very unprofessional.

Dear BBB Rep., In response to TC's (contractor) letter dated August 21, 2025 I would like to say as follows:  There was no discussion on work at ** ******** ****, I am not the owner at this property. TC's false response, I had mentioned work at *** **** ** ****** ** but decided not to contract with him at this time until he finish work at ** ******** *** **** **** markings completed until July 18, 2025  The dumpster was never in the way. I have attached a video showing where the dumpster was placed. It was completely out of the driveway. Bear in mind that at no time TC stated that the dumpster had to be moved. At the time of contract I had asked and TC said that it is not in the way as it is off the driveway.  July 19, 2025, Two pieces of equipment was dropped because it was removed from another one of TC's job sites. TC was not ready to do any work when the excavator or skid steer was dropped off. TC stated that he is currently working on finishing a pool for another customer. He did not provide any start time for my job. TC stated the dumpster was in his way which is not true. July 22, 2025, when TC showed up he made a path to get to the back of the yard by digging, in order to store the skid steer behind my home and he removed the excavator from my yard. July 23, 2025, TC removed his excavator early in the morning. He returned with a load of topsoil, dumped it on the front lawn. TC then loaded his truck with our metal and removed it from the yard without permission. He was not contracted to remove metal. The metal had been piled in an area away from his workspace. TC stated that ***** had 'changed his mind and wanted things done differently', which is not true. There was no discussion between TC and ***** about leaving his worker behind, his worker left with him after loading the metal. After leaving, this was the last day TC had been to this property after leaving (even to the date of this letter). July 24, 2025, a transporter was sent to pickup the skid steer that was stored behind my home. At this time I was convinced that TC has taken my deposit of $9250 and is abandoning my job. I called him immediately as his skid steer is being removed from my yard. TC answers and said "I am sorry I am stuck at a job and to be honest I wont be able to make it back to your job until Tuesday July 31, 2025."  In response to TC claim of Rohan firing him:  O  I (***** *******) had a phone conversation with TC on July 24, 2025 and was expecting him to do his work on July 31, 2025. I had texted TC on July 30, 2025 to confirm with him coming tomorrow (July 31), I left several messages that day until he finally responded on July 30th @ 16:53 stating "Rohan fired me, I am on another job, I did what you hired me to do, we walked through the job and what was agreed upon was done."   This type of contractor should not be in business. He is misleading and should not be allowed to operate. I have messages to prove the things TC had said.  There was no communication made with TC on the date of July 31st, 2025, the date TC last told me he expected to return.  My opinion of TC being a scammer remains the same; stealing metal which he admits to, this was not authorized by me or my husband (*****) nor was he contracted to do so, also keeping my deposit and not compensating with any type of work as he had claimed to do. I consider this scamming and robbery.  August 01, 2025, I had contacted TC, giving him another chance at finish what he was contracted to do. TC responded "I will see you on Sunday (August 3rd) between 1 and 5pm, I will call you when I am on my way." I responded to TC "I will not be around at that time I will be returning later that evening but you can go ahead and with the work you was contracted to do." When I had arrived that Sunday evening no work was done. TC never showed up nor has he responded back to me.  This style of business is unacceptable, and I feel I am entitled to a full refund plus more for the inconvenience, dishonesty and outrageousness of this situation presented to me by TC and his company. I hope this has not been what he has been doing to customers for 35 years.  Regards,  ***** *******
