      5/29 @7:30 We attended the carnival toward the end of the day and purchased a family pack which was just enough for the 4 of us to do a couple of quick rides. At 7:52 the rides were still going and we got in line for the ferris wheel. The guy said he was still taking rides, there were 3 other families in line. He said nothing to any of us, then shut the ride down. It was over half of the tickets we purchased. Family pack was 30. There were 4 of us so it was our last 16 tickets. I immediately went to the ticket booth and she refused to do anything or refund our money. The guy was ridiculous and rude and it was theft. Us and the other families were floored at how rude they were and our kids were so upset. It's only $15 but I want my money back (half of the family pack) . We are not "waiting for next time" like the lady said. They should not be able to operate like that.

      I was made aware of this complaint via a phone call from ******We talked about it on the phone on Monday and I offered to refund the money.  She said she was fine, but wanted me to be aware of the rudeness of the employee on the ferris wheel.  I have talked to the operator and he wasn't aware that they had tickets and the wristband special was over at 8pm and he said they were in line after 8pm.  It was closing night and they were already in tear down.  I apologized to her and offered some comp passes for next time.  Thank you, Lynn R****** HAMMERL AMUSEMENTS INC.
