The BBB requested that the business provide its registration with the New York Department of State. As of September 17, 2025, Atlas Test Prep responded, stating that they are a private company headquartered in New York, NY, and work only with selected consumers. The business also requested to be removed from BBB listings.
However, the BBB is obligated to report on consumer inquiries and business activity. Due to a lack of transparency and unwillingness to provide requested documentation, the BBB has concerns about the company's practices and urges consumers to exercise caution when engaging with this business.
