      On July 13, 2025, I saw an advertisement for a hosting service provider recommended by someone else on *******, saying that this colocrossing hosting server merchant had a promotional offer! Then I browsed their website, and their so-called promotional cloud vps server sales page was very confusing, and it is not ruled out that they deliberately attempted to mix annual and monthly payment services together! As a result, I thought I had paid annually and mistakenly chose monthly payment. After the mistake, I contacted them immediately and cancelled the purchased vps service! The transaction time was July 14, 2025. In some of their internal conversation email tickets, they only replied twice! The first time they said that in principle there would be no refunds, but they could refund out of goodwill! The second time they said that my money would not be refunded to my credit card but to the account balance they said!I didn't see any account balance at all! Then I sent many letters to their website to ask how to deal with it, but they ignored it! They just responded with the so-called apology automatically! I strongly suspect that this vps server merchant is defrauding consumers! Because normal merchants can't ignore anything! Although the amount I paid is only $15.95! But when I paid, they even bound my credit card information to my account and couldn't cancel it! I ask you to help me file a complaint against this obviously fraudulent merchant company! Their website introduces their company boasting that it was acquired by many companies and thought it was worthy of honor! It also clearly claims on the website that they are a 24-hour * 7 non-stop contact service!I am asking you to file a complaint against this fraudulent company with poor service attitude! I suspect their company may also be fake! I want to refund the $15.95 payment! After the refund, unbind my credit card information and cancel my account, thank you very much! May your service bring justice!

      We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint and provide clarity on the situation. The customer placed an order for a VPS service on July 12, 2025, and selected a annual billing cycle during the checkout process. Our promotional pricing at the time included both annual and monthly options, clearly labeled on the order page. Shortly after the order was placed, the customer contacted our support team requesting a cancellation and refund. As per our Terms of Service, all sales are final and non-refundable once provisioned. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered an account credit and also processed a full refund to the original credit card used for the purchase. This refund was successfully completed.  While we understand the frustration, our support team responded appropriately within our stated guidelines and resolved the issue fully by issuing a refund. We have also closed the account as requested and removed the associated payment method. We take customer concerns seriously and strive to ensure clarity in our offerings and transparency in billing. If the customer has any further questions, they are welcome to contact our support team directly.

      Thank you very much! My payment has been refunded, but the payment they made was not paid into my account until July 17. This complaint can be closed now. Thank you again!
