      I purchased an embroidered uniform dress from the company. I contacted them on 7/14/2025 to let them know I received the dress, but it wasnt embroidered. They offered to send a shipping label so I could send it back for them to embroider and mail back to me. It took a while to get the label, but I finally got it and the dress arrived back to them on 8/4/2025. It is now 9/6/2025 and I still do not have the embroidered dress. Ive followed up with the company via email several times and they are no longer responding. My last email to them was on 9/1/2025 asking for an update on the dress or to refund my money. This has gone on for too long. I just want the embroidered dress that I paid for.

      On September 1st 2024, I placed an order for uniforms with IDEAL UNIFORMS. I never received it. I called multiple times and was told that there were missing items from the order and once they had those items, the order would be shipped. About 2, maybe 3 months in, I called and asked to have the items cancelled and my money refunded. I was told I was never charged. This sounded wrong to me, but because I had multiple priorities, I believed them. Fast forward to today. New School Year. I logged into the account to place a new order for uniforms. I noticed that last year's order is still listed as processing. I called and spoke to a representative who was VERY unhelpful and condescending. She said it was shipped and gave me a tracking number. I called **** (tracking number: ********************** ) and was told that the package was never picked up and therefore never shipped. I went to my bank statements and saw, yes, I was indeed charged for the order and was never refunded. I called back and ask for the process in getting my money back and was told there was nothing she can do and it was up to the manger. I called multiple times to speak to the manager over the years for other issues, including this one, and have never been able to get this man on the phone. I would like a refund.

      It is very difficult to deal with a complaint that is a year old.  My records show that the merchandise was mailed to the customer two days after the order was placed.  We cannot track packages a year later as the postal service does not make those records available after a such a long period of time. I will call the customer and try to come to an amicable agreement.

      I placed an order on the 19th of August for my children's school uniforms and paid for shipping. It is now the 2nd of September and no communication. Unfortunately the schools that my children go to only use ideal uniforms as their supplier. Going into to the store in the past has been a terrible experience so I decided to order online this year and the experience is just as bad as going in to the store. I called customer service this morning and I was told by the gentleman on the phone that my order is partially ready and if I would like it shipped I would have to call the ******** store. I called the ******** store multiple times and it was busy, on the 5th call it rang and went to voicemail. After I was unable to get through I called back the customer service number and remained on hold 17 minutes and on. The representative on the phone should've offered to contact the store on my behalf and explain the situation to store and have them send out my order.I am beyond disgusted and disappointed as a customer. Their communication needs to be better especially because so many schools depend on them to supply the students uniforms. At this point I'm going to have to drive the ******** store to go pick up the order myself and if this is the case I want a refund on my shipping.

      I purchased uniforms online and ordered multiple sizes, as Ideal uniform website indicate if you are not happy with your purchase you can get a refund. The sizes that fit I kept, the the other sizes I ordered that didn't fit were returned via mail back to the store. On or around 09/19/2023 I received a call from a sales assistant at Ideal indicating they will give me a store credit instead of a refund. I pointed out that their policy listed on their web says only items not eligible for refund are socks and underwear uniforms were not included In the refund policy . I forwarded a screen shot of their policy as proof. Same rep told me to send an email to customer service for a refund I sent an email with screenshot again however no one responded and I have yet to receive a refund.

I KEEP CALLING THE LOCATION AND NOW THE LINES DO NOT WORK BECAUSE IT SOUNDS BUSY NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOU CALL WHICH IS RIDICULOUS BECAUSE THE BROOKLYN LOCATION IS USELESS AND CAN'T GIVE ACTUAL DETAILS. I HATE THAT MY DAUGHTERS SCHOOL DOESNT CARRY THEIR UNIFORM IN OTHER LOCATIONS BECAUSE OF THIS. THIS HAPPENS EVERY YEAR, IDEAL NEEDS TO DO BETTER.       The week of August 22nd I was supposed to receive my order of uniform clothes, one of the items in that package were my "straight leg pant". However, this item was missing from the package. I contacted customer support many times, in regards to my missing pants to see if I can get a replacement and/or refund, but they were unwilling to work with me and content to essentially steal my money. This kind of theft is completely unacceptable from any kind of business. As it has been nearly a year since they took my money without giving me the item I ordered, it's only right that they give me a full refund.

      I purchased a sweater for my son upon arrival we noticed a hole . I proceeded to contact ideal and was told i would receive a return label the following day. It is now five days an d I have yet to receive a return label. I have sent an email and called daily only to be told someone will return my call. This is my second time ordering from this company and both experience were horrible and time consuming. I pray that ***************************** utilizes a more reputable company next year because this company is frustrating.

      We placed an online order (*****) with Ideal Uniforms on 8/9/22. Our son started school 8/23/22 and since we were worried school would start before the order came, we went to the physical store in Brooklyn and bought 5 pairs of slacks and 5 button down shirts. We left the shirts to get embroidered and would pick them up another date, since he had plain shirts that he could use in the meantime. The shirts took about 2 weeks to be embroidered, but I was finally able to pick them up. Meanwhile my online order still hadn't arrived, but we figured we could just return it when it did arrive since we already had the uniforms. On 8/26/22 we placed another online order (*****) for our older son who is in ************ which till this day has not arrived. We finally received the 1st order (*****) a month later. I work FT and had to wait until I had a day in which I could go to the store to return the 2 slacks in the order, I was going to keep the 2 sweaters. We went to the store on 10/17/22 and were told we couldn't return the slacks because it was past their 3 week return policy, but we could get a store credit. We explained being that the order took over 4 weeks to arrive we bought the uniforms there and did not need the 2 slacks. We felt they should have taken into account how late they were and refund the $55.98 for the 2 slacks. We told them we had another online order (*****) that we would like to cancel since it hadn't arrived yet and they said since we bought it online I had to call to cancel. I went home and called, but no response. I then emailed ************************************************************* explaining to them both issues, but no response. On 10/26/22 I emailed that email address again as well as **************************************************************** re-iterating my issues and till this day no response. I would like to be refunded the $55.98 for the 2 slacks in order ***** and the $85.89 for the entire order ***** which I have still not received on 11/3/22. The total refund would be $141.87.

      I placed an order for school uniforms for my son on 10/6/2022. The website states that orders are processed within 7 days but it has almost been a month and I have not received an update on my order. **************** is horrible; you never get a straight answer or you are put on hold indefinitely. Ive called several times with no success or update on my order. I called again last week and was told that my order should be shipped out in the next three days and that I would receive an email with the shipping information but that has not occurred. When I check my account it still lists my order as processing. Ive been charged for this order that I have not yet received, which is very frustrating as my son needs the uniforms urgently for school otherwise he will continue to be penalized for being out of uniform. I would like my order to be shipped out and delivered to me ASAP!

      I ordered six uniforms for ************************ from this website on 9/29/22 and it still hasn't been processed since I have not gotten an email about that. I've only received an order confirmation email. I spent $141.94 in total. I have called their customer support twice and they said that I'll receive an email as soon as my order is processed, but I've received nothing so far. I need to know if my order has been processed at all or is almost there because I'm not buying it for me, I'm buying it for someone else and I don't want them to wait any longer. Thank you.
