    I am filing this formal complaint regarding an incident that occurred on Sept. 10, 2025 at Zheng Laundromat Inc., a laundromat/cleaning service located at *************************************I visited the business to retrieve a dress I had previously dropped off for cleaning. Unfortunately, I did not have the original claim ticket with me. I identified myself with a valid form of ID and pointed out my dress, which I could see clearly hanging at the location. Despite this, the owner refused to return my property.When I attempted to reach for the dress, the owner became hostile and struck me on the arm. This act of physical aggression was entirely unprovoked and caused me physical pain and emotional distress. I consider this a serious matter of assault and wrongful withholding of personal property.
