      I ordered a 20 lb blanket for my daughter. I inadvertently had it sent to my address rather than my daughter's; she lives out of state. I planned to return it and repurchase it for delivery to her. I initiated the return transaction on the website which resulted in a return credit for the full purchase amount minus the shipping costs which is reasonable. However, I never got a shipping label with which to return the blanket. I paid the shipping cost through my return but did not receive the label via email or through the online return process. There is no phone number or this business so I have sent a couple requests over the past 8 days with no reply. At this point, if I do not get a reply by the two week ***** I will have to dispute the charge through my credit card company since this business is completely unresponsive. It's almost as if they have fulfillment centers but no business office. Stay away from Gravity Blankets.
