1 starLike many others, *** had the absolute worst experience with ************************* May 2025, I sold a handbag through their consignment program. I followed their process, waited through the mandatory holding period, and once the funds finally appeared in my Rebag wallet, I attempted to transfer them to my bank. Their system failed and bounced the money back into my wallet.When I reached out to customer service, I received nothing but copy-and-paste responses blaming temporary system issues and suggesting I try again the next business day. I did, four times with the exact same outcome. Not once did their team provide an actual resolution or escalation.After researching further, I discovered this is not an isolated issue. Numerous reviews online report the same problem with seller payouts going back at least two years. This shows Rebag is fully aware of the issue and still refuses to fix ***** is unacceptable for a company that handles other peoples money to operate this way. This feels less like a glitch and more like negligenceif not worse. Based on this experience, I strongly question their integrity and financial practices, and I would warn others to avoid doing business with them.Resolution requested: Immediate release of my seller funds to my bank account, written confirmation of the completed payout, and evidence that Rebag has corrected its payout system so this does not continue to happen to other sellers.REBAG

1 starOvernight shipped my bag 07/22/25. Did not use there shipping label. I was told 5 to 7 business days for processing. Truth, 5 to 7 weeks. Outrageous! I have wait to months for a beautiful bag I bought from them, only to be given a price so low. I spent $2000.00 on this purse only to be given $500.00.!Not only that, I was told no processing fee, processing fee 15% which made my buyout shorter than $500.00. Smh! Bank information put in, only for Rebag to denie my bank information twice. Called wait until tomorrow to process the buyout. This whole process is ridiculous. It didnt take them this long to take the money out of your account to purchase the bag. Its should take this long for someone to at least get there monies worth for the bag. I feel duped with an over $2000.00 purse to get $500.00 for. Total rip offs.REBAG

1 starSellers, Proceed with Caution I would strongly advise against using this companys buyout program based on my experience.I submitted a pair of shoes on July 6, 2025 through their buyout system. The item was initially marked as accepted, then I was asked to approve updated terms 10 days later. After accepting the new terms, the item was once again confirmed as accepted in the app.However, despite multiple confirmations, no payment was issued:After 4 weeks, I contacted support and was told the item was still in review and that processing typically takes 4 weeks. This was confusing, since my item had already been accepted and that timeline had already passed.After another 4 weeks, I followed up again and was told payment would be issued within a week. That deadline also passed with no ********* of now, it has been 8 weeks since acceptance of the buyout offer, and I still have not received payment. The primary reason I selected the buyout option was the promise of a faster payout compared to consignment. Unfortunately, this has not been the ******* my opinion, the companys lack of transparency and repeated delays raise serious concerns about its reliability. When payment is finally received, I will not be using this service again, and I would caution other potential sellers to carefully consider alternative luxury consignment platforms that have proven track records of timely payments and clearer communication.Review fromMelissa H

1 starThe sell you a bag for $3500 and then when you sell that same condition bag back, not only do they hold funds for an astronomical amount of time, they take a huge percentage and offer less than half the price paid. Dont use their service!REBAG

But it will be based on the latest market rates and current condition of the piece. You accepted the quote based on those terms on 8/16/25. This order was already process and completed. 1 starI want to start by saying I have a long history of buying and selling with rebag, with my first purchase back in 2016. I have never had any poor experiences until now. I sent this to the company earlier this week and got zero response...Hello, I wanted to reach out prior to filing a BBB Complaint on your company practices, as I have been a true loyal customer of ********************** for years and very disappointed in how this process of selling bags has changed so much and seems very dishonest in your treatment of ************ bags were shipped quickly and were fully reviewed and vetted on 8/13 and 8/15. (Order numbers in subject line). I called today as I was curious on why they aren't approved for payment and when speaking to your customer service agent they advised that there was nothing wrong with my bags and that I will be paid the original agreed upon amount on 9/15??? Why another month? I got a lot of runaround about how this is just how we do it now, it's apparently not up to 5 weeks for processing, its a definitive timeline..... This is shady and I think they are well aware based on the horrible recent BBB reviews, and to treat long term customers who have bought and sold bags with them for years like this is unthinkable.I furthered questioned how long til I get my money transfer, and in reading further I learned that I have to pay another 3% to get the month unless I wait another 30 days???? You are holding luxury bags that you don't own and offering them for sale like this is acceptable and it is not.I ask that you reply to my e-mail and advise me specifically why you can't pay my 1700 earlier"This may be their new policy, but that doesn't make it right, and there are a lot more competitors out there that are honoring quotes and paying customers quickly, I have loved buying from Rebag but won't buy or sell again after this experience if the continue to hold my money hostage for weeks when I did everything correctly on my end.REBAG

1 starI advise caution when consigning with them! My initial experience was disappointing. After 5 weeks of my item being sold, I encountered issues with receiving payment, despite multiple follow-ups. They claimed to have issued payment, but provided no proof, such as a payment invoice, funds in my wallet, or deposits into my seller's fund bank account. This behavior appears to be a scam, where they take your item and fail to provide payment after selling it. It took four months for my item to sell, and even after six weeks, I still hadn't received payment. BEWARE WITH REBAG SCAM!!REBAG

1 starHave been selling with Rebag for years and never had an issue until this past time. Have always been paid within 25 days of my item selling (for consignment), and was told when I chatted with someone it would be 25 days. All of the sudden its 40 days and was not communicated to me until I reached out (on the website it said 30 and I pointed it out and the customer service person had nothing to say). Then I finally get paid and theres now a 3% fee for taking the money out before 15 days. So realistically you are getting paid 55 days after your item sells. The communication is nonexistent and the constant policy changes are unfair to clients who sold the item while under other conditions.REBAG

Called asked for a manager 4x still no call back. 9 different chat messages all with different information and times frames. Now Im obligated to wait another 3 weeks for a payout, horrible service. 1 starIm extremely disappointed with my experience with Rebag. I mailed in my bag in early July, and it was reviewed on 07/23. I promptly accepted the updated offer, which shouldve triggered a payout within 34 business daysas clearly stated on their website.However, by 07/31, I still hadnt received payment. I followed up and was informed by ********* that payouts are now being issued five weeks after the receipt datea major deviation from what was advertised. I chose the buyout option over consignment specifically for its supposed speed and convenience. Instead, I was met with delays and conflicting information.After expressing my concerns again, I was told the payout schedule has changed to sustain their long-term operations and theres nothing they can do. If this significant change had been disclosed upfront, I never would have gone through Rebag. This feels like false advertising and a serious lack of transparency.If you're considering selling to Rebag via their buyout option, I strongly advise against it. There are other platforms that are more honest and timely with their process.REBAG
