      Subject: Complaint Regarding Amazons Failure to Process a Refund To Whom It May Concern,I am filing a complaint regarding Amazons failure to process a refund for a damaged product I purchased. Below is a detailed account of the issue:On January 3, 2025, I ordered a television from Amazon. It was delivered on January 4, 2025, but upon unpacking and setting it up, I discovered that the TV was damaged and did not function properly. I immediately contacted Amazon customer support and requested a replacement. They informed me that I should wait until January 8, 2025, for further updates.However, when January 8 arrived, I had not received any updates from Amazon via call, message, or email. I reached out to them again, and they informed me that the item was out of stock and that they could only offer me a return and refund. I agreed, and on January 9, 2025, Amazons personnel arrived and picked up the damaged TV.Since then, there has been no progress. In my Amazon account, the status now states that my return may have been lost. Previously, I was at least able to contact Amazon support via chat or request a call, but now even those options are unavailable. It has now been one month since my return, and I still have not received a refund or any resolution to this issue.Amazon has failed to fulfill its obligations under consumer protection laws by not providing the promised refund for a returned defective product. I kindly request that the appropriate consumer protection agency investigate this matter and assist in ensuring that Amazon issues my refund as soon as possible.I would appreciate any guidance on further steps I can take to resolve this matter. Please let me know if any additional information is required.
