    On March 08 2023 a purchase agreement for unit 201 & P18 the ********************************************************** Condominium was signed by both the seller and buyer. The last page of the contract is not yet signed by the seller stated will be signed at the closing. Please attachement Contract last page. A down payment totaling $28,800 was deposited into the ********** of ************** P.C. Attorney Escrow Account at the ********************* ***** Bank located at ************************************************* VIA Wire March 08, 2023.On March 06 2023 a home inspection was performed for the unit 201 and one major critical hit was damped water found on Kitchen ceiling. The management builing stated that it has been fixed. On May 19 2023 I wired the Closing cost to my Lawyer for the amount of $7500. I worl for the navy and I was able to do a ***************** to my lawyer for closing since I had to go back to work On May 20th 2023. Closing was never able to be scheduled due to litigation between the building sponsors reason for the delay. Litigation has been cleared and the other delay is the condo is flooded and needs major repairs. The seller would like to me to close the deal due to the expiration of my lock interest rate with the bank before the repairs are done. On May 19 *************************************************************************************** the unit.I have been trying to contact my lawyer on mutiple occasions and has not got an ansswer from him to adivise on the situtation and I left him a message to find out what are the process on getting out of this deal and get all my refunds back which includes the doen payment and the closing cost money.
