    The date of the transaction was July 16, 2024 in ********, **. While we resided in ******, we drove to ******** because we had previously conducted transactions with this business. In the past they fulfilled their commitments, so we anticipated they would do similarly, but we were wrong. We paid $400 for the transportation of two barrels to our family in *****. The barrels were full of clothing, food, electronics, and two generators. The barrels were supposed to be delivered to our family in less than six months from the date the payment, meaning by January. However, this business did not deliver the supplies. After waiting more than 9 months, they called and demanded that we pay an extra $100 in order for our barrels to be delivered by April 28, 2025. But paying this sum, they claimed that they could no longer deliver the barrels. Up to this date, our family still has not received the barrels. We have called many times and the business has not tried to resolve the problem. The gifts for our family in these barrels are worth more than $2800. The business has not offered to return the $500 we paid or propose any solutions. We have paid $500 total to this business who committed to delivering two barrels to our family in ***********, *****. However, they have not fulfilled their promises.

    Booked Asdotel Shipping to send two drums of items, food, oil and other items to ship to *****. First amount paid $1570 for shipment and second being $660. Services were not rendered. As I tried to speak to the owner, he was dismissive and nasty. This transaction happened in June it is now January. He will not refund nor render services. His name is ******. He is taking advantage of what is happening in ***** to steal.

    Business owner verbally abused and stole merchandise that he had promised to deliver and promised to physically harm you if you persisted requesting refund!

    I used this company to send food / clothes for my family in ***** Last March I sent one barrel and 1 box That I paid $480 for both I called the company last week regarding the shipment they told me they are going to do delivery I called to see if my family received the shipment. They told gangs took the shipment I asked what are going to do? They nothing they can do they have no insurance to cover the loss. Thats mean I paid them for the shipment now they I will have to take the loss the fees for the shipment and the merchandise I would like to know what should I do in this case. They have to cover my losses.
