    This "business" is a scam and is run by 419 scammers; do not support them. I requested a refund from them after reading reviews from people who never received DNA results from them, and who requested refunds, but where still waiting on refunds and/or results after OVER TWO YEARS. I sent five emails before they responded to me saying "let us look into this matter. I'm just seeing this". This is very typical of how Africans run "businesses". They take your money and render no service or product. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but they threw it out claiming they didn't handle my sort of complaint (I guess asking for a refund), even though there is another complaint on this very site about the same shi**y business that never gave the person results or a refund. I have reached out to these scammers on Instagram, FB, and *******, but to no avail. These people shouldn't be allowed to get away with taking people's money. Is there no way they can be stopped and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law? I'm angry as h*** and I want someone to do something about. This is why Africa can't pull itself together: because of it's people and their **** third world backwardness.
