    So this shop is located at ********************* on 7-27-24 I was involved in an accident which was the other party fault. I was recommended by ****** ****** to this shop which is operated by ***** (Cayenne) My car was in the shop for about a month and when they tried to bring me back my car my bumper was misaligned. I refused to take the car back and they had my car for a extra week just to fix the bumper correctly. The shop received ******** for repairs that were never done. Now on 5-7-25 I am at the dealership due to sensor issues. They took down the bumper where the O2B sensor read it had issues and surprisingly the bumper was still the same as it was from the impact last year. Everything that was on the invoice for repairs was never done. They did insurance fraud and requested a supplement for extra money for services that never was done. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP FOR ANYTHING THEY ARE RIPOFFS!!! I am currently working with the insurance company to get this issue resolved & the claim is now reopened.
