    On 8/2022 I signed a contract for ***** for Invisalign. Because I needed additional work prior to get the Invisalign from a general dentist I did not get any treatment until 8/2023. I got my scan early in July. I was called and scheduled an appointment for 8/30/23 at 9am. upon arriving the front desk receptionist informed me that my appointment was for 8/31/23. I informed her that I had taken the day off for my appointment and if she could ask if they had any time to see me 8/30 or if not to re-schedule my appointment for another day because I was unable to take two days off in a week. She asked and she said they were going to see me, but the office manager, ********************* approach the receptionist and while screaming at her she said that I can not just walk in when I have a day off and expect to be seen that I should return tomorrow. I got up and inform **** that I was not off that day, to have her fact right and that I can always come another day. she then followed telling me that she was not speaking to me and that I should shut up and sit and wait. After a big argument between **** and I she said that she did not feel like letting them see me on 8/30/23. I reply to her that I wanted to speak to someone else and she stated that she was the only person I can speak to because she was the manager. I asked her to then cancel my treatment and get a refund since I had paid 75% of the treatment and I only have done my scans. She refused to cancel the agreement and or refund the money. She also stated that she will charge ***** if I cancel for early termination which is not stated in the contract.
