- We require a 1/3 down payment at the time of the signing of a contract with a 72 hour grace period. Cancellation of contracts after the 72 grace period. Cancelled contracts are subject to the non-refundable down payment due to the fact that ordered kitchen doors and materials are custom made for the individual project. The deposit may be made with a credit card. All balances are preferred to be paid with a personal check.
