    I own a parking space in the garage level of *****************************************. Down the street from my residence. There is an annual maintenance fee of $305.28. I paid this amount in check #**** last year. In December of 2023 I received an email from *********************************, stating he will be deducting a $100 penalty fee from check #**** because my 8lb dog defecated outside the parking garage. I did not see the actions of my dog but after receiving the complaint I returned to the site in question to see for myself where my dog did her business and I could not find where the defecation took place. There is one ********** smaller than the diameter of a ***** on the ground that *************************** is faulting my dog for, but no signs of ***** I would like my $100 to be returned back to the annual maintenance fee. Thank you,*************************** ************

    Direct management is the management company for Alexandra *********** at ***** **** *** *************************** is part of the condominium and she was fined by the board $100 for repeatedly allowing her dog to relieve itself in front of the building and not picking up after the dog.

    Direct management is employed by the *********** and follows the boards instructions.

     

    if ****************** wants to file a complaint it should be towards the condominium not the management company.

    Im filing a complaint directly with Direct Management because they are the ones that I paid directly and they deposited my check. Ive attached a copy of the deposited check (front and back) for reference. 
    I would like to add that the check I submitted for was for the annual maintenance fee only, as you can see on the memo portion of the check I listed the dates and break down. The check was deposited then used for a different purpose. I dont believe they have the justification to take my money and allocate it for a different purpose.
    I would my check to be used for the purpose it was submitted for.
