A PRODUCT NAME WAS AGREED UPON AND I ASKED *****, AS MY PAID CONTRACTOR TO PLEASE PURCHASE THE DOMAIN NAME SO WE CAN USE IT. HE DID AND I WAS TO REIMBURSE HIM THE $43. AS HE WAS ACQUIRING MORE AND MORE OF MY PASSWORDS TO ****************** MY WEB, NOW MY DOMAIN NAME HE CHANGED THEM ALL AND HAD CONTROL. AS CONTROL OF MY ASSETS BECAME GREATER HIS DEMANDS FOR MONEY INCREASED , UP TO $8900.     There's a reason I'm fighting with this man over money: because he does not tell the truth. After 20 years of my website business, I've never had a worse client. Several clients will back me up as one of the most honest and straightforward people they've ever dealt with.

    There are numerous false claims in this complaint above, and dealing with him over the last month has caused me to create a three-page website to outline all of our communications and prove the truth against these claims. I will post it soon.

    In the meantime, I want to clarify some things that he claims here: I supposedly acquired all of his logins for ****************** MyWeb, and his ***** systems website. The only one I could access was the ***** site to make changes, which I did, but he refused to pay. I never had logins for any of those other platforms and I never changed the login to his ***** website and his son **** will most likely verify. This is a false claim that he cannot prove.

    The claim that I'm extorting him for $8900 is also false. I've been asking for $1500. I don't know where he comes up with this number.

    The whole story about losing a bet and not owning up to it is also false. I offered to let him pay $500 for everything, but he refused. He would not wire me the money so I went back to the $1500 demand.

    As for the letter of apology, it's easy to see right through it once you read it. Since April 24, 2024, he has sent me numerous lengthy, angry, foul-mouthed, accusatory, threatening emails when I refused his demands, and now, all of a sudden, he writes an e-mail apologizing for his actions and saying that all he wants to do is to help his family and a ******************** And in that partially conciliatory e-mail were continued threats. This man is a phony. It will be shown on the three-page website when finished.

    After 20 years in business, I would write off the $1500 and move on. It's not worth my time, and I have written off more than that in other cases, but this man is a liar and determined to destroy my reputation because he didn't manage to get what he wanted for free. Sometimes, we must stand on principle, so I'm doing that.

    I am rejecting this response because: STANDING ON PRINCIPAL AND STANDING ON LEGAL GROUND ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. ************** SHOULD  BE REAL CAREFUL ON HOW HE PROCEEDS. IF HE PUBLISHES A THREE PAGE WHATEVER I FEEL THAT MY LAWYERS WILL CONSIDER THAT TO BE A BLESSING.  

    I AM NOT SURE AS TO WHERE TO GO FROM HERE AS I HAVE ALL THE LEGAL PROOF NEEDED. APPARENTLY COMMONSENSE ALLUDES THIS ANIMAL.
