  We hired TBE Trees and Landscape to trim trees and bushes, repair our front yard irrigation, and skin a palm tree. The experience escalated into incomplete work, aggressive behavior, property damage, and harassment.On July 16, a man named ***** gave a verbal quote: $300 for trimming and irrigation repair, $150 for palm skinning. He said the $20 irrigation part could be picked up by him or us. No written estimate was provided. We scheduled the work for July 17.On the 17th, their office said they were double-booked and rescheduled for July 18, offering a $50 discount. The crew arrived at 9:30 AM and told my husband they couldnt complete the palm work due to wasps. They offered to remove them for $300, which we declined. We told them to stop work.Despite the job being incomplete, ***** demanded $520 via cash or Cash App. Cash App blocked the transaction and flagged it as suspicious. I inspected the workthe palm tree was untouched except for a chunk cut out, and the irrigation wasnt working. I called the office manager, ********, to clarify. She told me to speak with ***** when he returned.***** came back angry, denied the discount, claimed it was a package deal, and repeatedly tried to enter our backyard without permission. I told him to stop and said Id call the police. ******** urged us to pay $300 and said someone else would return Monday to finish the work.After we paid $300 ****, ***** entered the backyard without consent, tore out the irrigation valve and pipes (causing water to spray), and dumped a truckload of yard debris in the street. He then called me yelling and sent a profane text message. I blocked him and filed a police report. ******** later said someone would clean up by 5:30 PM, but when no one came, she sent messages saying we owed $220 and that legal action would be taken.Resolution Requested:We request a refund for the damage and for the business to acknowledge and take responsibility for the behavior.
