    Five Star Tree was hired by my neighbor **** ******* to cut the branches that hung over on his side of the property. My neighbor did not contact me prior to doing the job, nor did Five Star, they butchered the tree 3 feet at least, on my property. **** the neighbor then sent documentation to me via certified mail, asking for full payment of the job!He included a letter saying had no choice (which he did of course) and an invoice that seems inflated, plus pictures of the length of branches cut from my tree! upon trying to contact my neighbor, I found his phone to have blocked my number. I then tried to contact ****** at Five Star and he would not return my calls. I sent a letter to **** through my lawyer certified mail of course, which went unanswered for 30 days.Ive tried to contact Five Star a few times by phone and calls went unanswered. *** also went on their website to ask for an estimate for removal of the tree since I want them to pay for removal and replacement eventually. I still have not received any response from ****** at Five Star. I believe all Tree services in ****** should know the laws of property lines and trespass. Unfortunately, Five Star is the guilty party here and ****, who happens to own a business in real estate called Ask **** just got them to do his bidding.
