    Terrible company. The vehicles they are supplying are old and falling apart. Part of the booking costs are a $200 cleaning and prep fee however when we collected ours it was disgusting! We were delayed by 4 hours in the UK so arrived in Vegas equally as late. I contacted the company and advised the delay which they acknowledged however on arrival we found the site all locked up and no one there even though they said there would be? Tried ringing no one answered so we had to book into a Hotel and lost a days RV rental which they have refused to refund! When we tried to approach the cleanliness and road worthiness of the vehicle the next day they stopped all communication? The carbon monoxide monitor kept us awake all week as it was hard wired. We reported this and the answer was “what do you want me to do about it”? There was no one to meet us when we eventually collected the vehicle or when we dropped it off. They then charged my credit card an extra fee without notifying me or any explanation ! Now in the process of suing them for $10,000.
    Avoid this company at all costs! Read the Google reviews they are accurate apart from the 5 star ones who clearly are connected to the company.
