Recently having issues with this Subway, I reported the problems to the ** who's info is on the Receipt.I decided to go in recently and ****** assisted me.He's better at making the sandwiches so I prefer him. I also tip him. I mentioned that I had bad experiences, few times and I never have any issues with him. This dude told his co-worker the story with hopes that I WAS TALKING ABOUT HIS MOTHER.The CO-WORKER TONIGHT ASKED ME TO DESCRIBE HER, I had know idea what was going to come out his mouth next, ****** CO-WORKER SAID, "That don't sound like my mother, but I can't wait to run into the ***** who disrespected my mother", and then he said, "because I am going to slap that *****".I felt THREATENED! Even though I don't argue over food, I'd rather get a refund and GO! So I said that! And then he said, WHILE YOU'RE PAYING FOR THIS Sh** we get ours FREE! I said you get yours for free because you don't get paid much! But who knows who your mother is so calm down home boy!! Refunds are the solution. He said you ordered 2 sandwiches AND WE DON'T HAVE MEAT *****. I AM GIVEN YOU HAM! I said, "NO YOU'RE NOT"! You're given me a refund or my order!! Simple and Plan!He thought it was me who disrespected his mother and although it was not, I am offended by his threats. I am also disgusted with ****** WHO MENTIONED THIS TO HIS CO-WORKER BECAUSE HE WAS LOOKING FOR A REACTION. That WILL backfire! I will not be harmed, SET-UP or threatened and do nothing! Violence in a workplace should be prohibited but if comes to work ARMED then expect a problem since customers will defend themselves! You've been NOTIFIED!The employees tonight 11/13/2022 around 8:25 PM showed me a side, I CAN'T RESPECT OR TRUST.They called customers FEMALE DOGS, co-worker threatened to SLAP the person who disrespected his mother. ****** laughed and looked at me! And I said, expect to be SLAPPED BACK BY THESE CUSTOMERS! Co-worker stated, he's going to carry a gun and that's enough for me.
