      We are staying at Club do H3632**323231373737H, we paid in advance the amount of $2,509.24 to stay from 12/19/2023 until 1/16/2024. We requested the cleaning of the room and they answered us that they don&#**;t have time and that they are very slow, but the problem is that they don&#**;t have enough staff and they don&#**;t do the cleaning every week as it should be, actually we continue with the cleaning problem, the housekeeping manager scheduled us for this Friday 1/4/2024 waiting for them to clean the room as we were promised.       I’m moving into this establishment on May 6 I gave over $3500 by May 8. I was being bullied and harass False allegations being told about me and my children. The initial complaint was my family was too loud and that water was leaking from my tub by day seven and after entering My space with minor children and no adult around my space now has water damage to the toilet so they’re making up excuses of why they should move me from over the person under me causing damage to their own property. Oh wow, harassing and discriminated against me my children, the manager, Shawn made it very clear when I met him that he didn’t want me on any floor but the first floor because I had children And he didn’t want me disturbing his other guest those were his exact words. I don’t like disturbance either so I wanted to be on high floor put me on the third floor now they’re harassing and bullying me out of my space after moving fully and coming into my space where there’s minor children and no adult around my daughter felt very uncomfortable and she did not feel safe I will be going to the courthouse, pressing charges for harassment and discrimination. One day of complaints and now they’re claiming water damage when there was someone who checked out of the space before I entered because the room was being clean upon my arrival. And never did they speak about any water damages. It wasn’t until Sean found out that I was up here and the person under me didn’t want anyone over their head. Now they’re trying to bully me in my family out of our space that we paid for. Banging on my door, obsessively and entering without any notification claiming an emergency with my children didn’t even call for an emergency. There was no emergency the day before that. They waited until I left my home to go to work to ambush children

      Soleil Management, LLC is responding to Consumers complaint in capacity as the managing agent for Club de Soleil.

      Management requested to get into Consumers Room as per the Rules and Regulations that Consumer sign at time of check in. A leak was detected on the bottom floor of the building below the Consumers room. Management requested to enter the room to find out if the leak came from their room. Consumer became very aggressive towards the employee who enter so they left. A note was posted on Consumers door requesting that they come in the following day to check the room since employee was not able to completely check the room. Consumer decided to check out and was refunded balance on account as well as the deposit. Management and employees were very professional during this process.  Soleil Management respectfully requests the Better Business Bureau to administratively close this case and consider this matter resolved.
