This was one of the most unprofessional companies to work with while applying for one of their properties. We applied on 03/23/23 they said that it takes 1-3 business day turn around time. It took way longer than that and when we tried contacting them to check the status of our application we either didn’t get a response when emailing them or when you call the phone line a secretary answers and says they will pass along the message for management to contact you back but they never do. When you pay $75 for the application the credit check/ background is actually only $20 but they over charge you so they can keep the rest of your money. We didn’t hear an answer back for our application which was 03/30/23 which is way over the turn around time for an application to process. Also when we initially applied they told us no one else did and that’s why we rushed to put in our applications we believe they took super long so they can get other applications in and compare them to us. Do not trust this leasing company they are very very unprofessional you will be wasting your $75.

Hello, we do not say it will take 1-3 business days turn around time. Our initial disclosure to all applicants is as follows: "Note, it can take up to a MINIMUM of 72 business hours to fully process applications. If we need any information, we will contact you directly. Once a decision is determined - whether approved or denied - an email will be sent to you." With that said, your application group had 4 people, all of which submitted their required documents at different timelines. This did result in 5 business days of processing time, instead of the minimum of 3 business days. The reason for your application group's denial was because after open communication with the others to request proof of income, the entire group was not able to furnish proof of earning at least 3x the monthly rent for income - which is also disclosed on our website and requirements addendum that is required by you all to acknowledge. We are sorry you feel your application fees were wasted; however, we do our best to have disclosures of our requirements on the main page BEFORE applying, as well as throughout the entire application and at the time of submittal prior to paying. We also emphasize all application fees are non-refundable, regardless of the decision that is made; a risk you must assume before paying. Lastly, for your reference, our expense for the credit and background check is not only $20, and our company's application fee is in line with the industry standard in Las Vegas for application fees as it does require company time to process each application.
