We have not been receiving our mail in our mailbox in a timely manner. Been waiting on company bills & checks which were expected in our box a week ago and still not in our PO Box. Confirmed with corporate that this store receives the mail from USPS mailman and the UPS Store employees put the mail into each PO Box, which is to be done daily. The facility does not open doors on time & closes doors early. 8/13/2021 9:10A man shows up to open door, 4 women & my husband in line, ALL have a door key & ALL KEYS DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR! The operating hours I just found online says the store is CLOSED FRIDAY and today is Friday 8/13/2021....which now makes me laugh but man says he needs time to get open, with his arms full of his daily needs. Yes, my husband and the man exchanged words. Opening and Closing Hours & Timings of E Charleston Blvd The UPS Store #4471 Monday 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM Tuesday 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM Wednesday 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM Thursday 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM Friday Closed Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Sunday Closed Store still has NOT provided a working front door key, with the full service prepaid contract, we opened our account 11/30/2020 through 2/28/2022 and have yet been given a working front door key & still waiting for our second po box key. OH WAIT! The manager JUST called my husband and said the 2nd key is now in the PO Box. took 11/30/2020 to 8/13/2021 not bad now how about a working door key? And WHERE IS MY MAIL? I have filed a formal complaint with UPS 8/13/2021. When a franchise business does not represent the company it is franchised of, said owner needs to reevaluate, make the changes and provide GOOD customer service, to represent the great service we receive from UPS. You do not have the right to not fulfill your contract agreement or make up your own business hours or not put mail into PO Boxes DAILY. Very displeased, again.
