I stayed at the ******** Inn from December 21 - 22/2022. I arrived early in the morning so I had to essentially pay for two days in one. I'm not disputing that. I asked for a discount for it and I'm not sure if I received it because I arrived early and asked for a discount or because I bought two days together, but I received roughly a $5 discount per day. I slept for a few hours that night and awoke to work from my laptop that day. That night, I left to visit the town. Before leaving, I put my Macbook Pro into the safe - it was the only computer I could fit into the safe. I created a passcode for the safe and locked it. When I returned, later that evening, in the early-morning, the safe was open. The next day, I went to the lobby to get breakfast, when I returned, some 10 minutes later, a plastic bottle of parsley I had, had been moved underneath my chair. As I was taking my luggage out to my car as I checked out that evening, I noticed someone had removed one of the carts I had brought to the room. I went to the front-desk and demanded to know who it was. A man in the lobby claimed responsibility for it, but I didn't believe him. When I checked out that evening, I had left a bottle of liquor I bought as a Christmas present. I suspect someone had taken it out of my car. Later on, I asked the staff to check the cameras and the door key logs - to no avail. The fact that the safe was open means that someone went into my room. I left in the evening, so I can't imagine that it was the cleaning crew. Even if it was, there's absolutely no reason someone would need to go into my safe. I don't see any feasible reason, for anyone, to go into my room, and then go into my safe. I don't see any reason for anyone to go through my personal belongings, under any circumstances.I've disputed $230.04 of the $357.53 that I paid.

Make that zero stars. The elevator was inoperable and there was no internet/wifi access. The only available rooms were on the third/top floor. The female desk clerk stated we would have to pay an additional $18.02 so called "airport tax" before she would give us room keys. I asked for a receipt for this additional charge, but the desk clerk refused. I refused to pay the charge and we left the property.
