    Charged husband $60 for a $10 ticket. That’s straight up a scam. Told my husband the tickets were going fast pressuring him into buying. Tickets were not sailing fast and plenty of tickets left.

    This scum bag company should not be allowed to operate in the U.S. The smart mouth punks that operate this company only care about how quickly they can separate you from your money. This company lacks all of the great characteristics that this country is built on. There is absolutely not moral regard for the consumers that have the misfortune of colliding with these punks. Integrity and ethic is nonexistent. Greed and arrogance are the best descriptors. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this scum of the earth.

    This concert ticket office is overcharging for tickets and fees and provides no justified service for it. When contacted they refuse to cancel the transaction. I thought I was purchasing from the actual venue. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

    I thought I was ordering from my local venue. It was when I received my email I realized I should have paid closer attention. They are saying my tickets aren’t available for 2 more weeks. Or two days before the event. I have requested a refund

    Purchased tickets on December 25, 2022 to see Hamilton on April 25th, 2023. They accepted my money in exchange for a guarantee. After multiple out reaches on April 24th & 25th, and multiple promises of their guarantee, I was informed the tickets fell through at 3:53 p.m. on show day. This was absolutely heartbreaking as these were a Christmas gift and Birthday gifts. I spoke with Eve & Cyrene who told me there was nothing that could be done. This is outrageous!

    Bought tickets in September of 2022 for a concert on Saturday, April 1, 2023. We were meeting another couple in a location half way between both of us. Two hours away from both couples. We reserved hotel rooms. The tickets were guaranteed to be downloadable by March 31st. Tickets never arrived. Many phone calls to this customer service department and was treated horribly. They hung up on us numerous times. Gave us another number to call, which reached a recording saying they are closed until Monday. When we finally was able to speak to someone, they promised us these tickets prior to the start of the show. Never happened.
    One hour before the show, an email appears informing us that are ticket request was cancelled and a refund was scheduled. So, here we were, already checked into the hotel and no concert to go to.
    Shameful! A ticket company that did not come through with the tickets. It is not like I ordered these tickets one day ago. They were bought almost 6 months before this show.

    I purchased tickets to a concert at $690.00. I assumed that they would be really good seats close to the stage. As it turned out I got two $78.00 tickets. These are classic scam artists. After hours on the phone with different agencies they gave me a $76.41 refund. I am not leaving 1 star.
