    Greetings, I purchased a solar generator and battery backup system from Bluetti on 7/25/22 for $ *******. Final delivery was on 7/28/22. I assembled the unit on around 8/6/22 and tested the charging system which worked fine. A few weeks later I assembled the unit on a dedicated shelf and attempted to use the inverter which failed upon use. The screen went totally dark and the unit would not turn on despite many attempts. I started calling Bluetti around the middle of September when I had an open time window and figured they could just repair my unit or send me a new one. I made many many calls to them and was never able to either speak to a person or leave a voicemail. Each call was greeting with an recorded message apologizing for how busy they were and directed caller to leave a voice message. Problem was the mailbox was always full. I figured if I kept calling I would eventually get a hold of a person or be able to leave a message to start the process. This was an incorrect assumption so I finally decided to attempt to contact service via email on 10/23. Finally heard back from them on 10/21/22 after sending 3 emails and promptly responded to their request for further information. Heard back again from them on 11/8/22 which asked for most of the information I had already answered to which I again responded. Never herd back from them again after that. After doing a bit of research I discovered they had many complaints of basically a complete lack of service and many defective products. Doesnt stop them from updating their ******* site and sending me promotional emails. Seems like fraud at this point and I worry they will go out of business. Thanks for your help

    I purchased a solar generator from Bluetti and it quit working with a calibration error. I have requested a warranty repair or replacement and the customer service is absolutely terrible I am requesting my money back from the purchase of the solar generator I cannot get any response from the company.

    I bought a solar generator ep500 through indiegogo on November 13 2021 I received it in January 2022 the screen stoped working a month ago , contacted bluetti and provided pictures and videos , I was asked to send the unit back and they received it October 13 2022 I was provided a RMA number BPEP500202210040001 I keep sending emails requesting information when my replacement should arrive I was told the request was expedited but I have not heard anything Can you please help I paid $3,200 for this unit. Thank you I appreciate your help.
