Especially considering you have been lying about the details about this to our T-shirt Ninja Fairies, and all over the internet.
You brought us masks to decorate. We explained at the time of purchase that we only guaranteed decoration on the products we carry in our store. If you bring in something from someplace else we can not guarantee the decoration will stick, especially if it's a cheap item. We decorate flat masks as they need to be flat to do after market decoration. Your masks were not flat, and we explained that may be a problem and had you sign a waiver stating you understood that even if the decoration did not stay, this is not our fault and we can not refund you as we have done everything right on our part- it's your mask that is not working.

We have been in business 15 years. In 15 years we have had literally 37,998 sales. I just checked. Ten of those sales were for people who even WE were unable to satisfy. Once every 6 months or so we have gotten a client so crazy they just have completely lost the ability to control themselves, and end up doing something like stalking a business for THREE DAYS NOW harassing my employees and showing their bottoms on the internet for everyone to see.
We did not put the wrong year, the year said "2021" and the 21 wouldn't stick. We tried to make it stick, told you your materials were not working with our decoration, and you still accepted the mask. You are just making things up and we are tired of the harassment. Get a life lady.
