    Started off great with sales. My husband just got back from a deployment and was getting my car taken care of as a return from deployment and Christmas present for me. Dropped off car. Didn't get the promised regular updates. Toward the end of the job, the owner called up and wanted our "**** show" out of his business now! Apparently, he fired the sales guy and that is where our troubles began.
    Owner then proceeded to list the things the sales guy did wrong and then charged us another grand. He stated he should charge us more but will eat the labor that wasn't in the initial price.
    What really pissed me off is they threw away my steering wheel cover and rear view window charms without even contacting me. Paid a few thousand dollars to get my forever car looking great and they didn't even have the respect to put my possessions back; I feel like I just got robbed. Not like they didn't have my phone number. They called to yell at me. They could have called to update and asked questions.
    The car does look great. Customer service and respect for customer possessions is badly lacking.
    The owner did make up for the throwing away our possessions by sending a check.
    I called 6 months later to make an appointment to get my car checked out as there are some scratches in the coating and some swirls. The shop manager told me they do not want to deal with my car and refuse to see me. They reported the check they sent us to replace our possessions was to end the deal. That is not was the text communication was.
    They have given us the number to their lawyer and refuse to talk to us.
    I would not want recommend this company to anybody.
