    Web Finance Team committed fraud by constructing a useless website for $5,000.00. They also presented a false signature certificate with an incorrect Internet Protocol (IP) address.

    In January 2023, ************************ Y***** (AKA ******************** Y**** ), of My Success Pros and ***************** Team, talked my 84-year-old, non-techy mother into signing an agreement with Web Finance Team LLC for a website business package that she was entirely unsuited to run & turned out to be different than the business as it was presented. Other BBB complaints about Web Finance Team show that buyers were charged $5000-$15,000 for similar website/business packages.BEFORE giving an agreement price, ******* Y had her apply for a particular credit card and tell him what she had been approved for. THEN Web Finance Team sent her a service agreement for $100,000, which she was assured was a fair price. Once she paid $62,000 via credit card, ******* suggested she take out a loan for $70,000. My mother assumed that either she would be refunded all but $30,000 in credit card charges, or she could use $32,000 of the loan money to pay off credit card balances. At NO time did they suggest she owed the $62,000 plus $70,000. IMMEDIATELY AFTER the loan was deposited, Web Finance Team debited the entire $70,000. AFTER they had this money, ********** THEN sent an email updating the amount she owed to $62,000 plus $70,000 for a total of $132,000. My mother told ********** several times that she did not agree to the new amount. Yet, Web Finance Team LLC sent her an updated agreement for $132,000 with a small service addition that hadn't been agreed to. Soon after we filed elder financial fraud reports with **** FTC & the county sheriff, Web Finance Team & ***************** Team websites were taken down ******* social media accounts deleted. We recovered the $70,000, but not the $62,000. I am reporting this to warn people to steer clear of Web Finance Team LLC, ***************** Team (***************** LLC), My Success Pros (Success ********* ******* associates I also request that Web Finance Team refund the $62,000 in credit card charges to resolve this issue.

    For each purchase ******************** made, she received a contract specifying the products and services being purchased.  Each contract was signed by ******************** as proven by both IP Address tracking and email address verification thus documenting her approval of all purchases.  Again, ******************** signed each contract, approving each purchase.

    Prior to charging ********************, on an announced recorded line, she affirmed her specific approval of each purchase.  Further, on the same recorded line, prior to submitting a financial transaction, ******************** authorized each and every financial transaction processed.

    ******************** affirmed she made her own decisions and managed her own finances.  At no time did ******************* claim to be unable to make her own financial decisions.  ******************** stated she was eager to continue her life-long learning by building knowledge in this area.

    We fulfilled our obligations by providing the products and services purchased.

    However, after consuming the services and receiving the products, either ******************** or a someone acting in her stead, took the unilateral action to reverse payments.  These were payments for the services and products already delivered to *********************

    In the interest of parting amicably, we did not challenge these reversals EVEN THOUGH THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS PURCHASED HAD BEEN DELIVERED.

    While we regret it appears a family member has stepped in and is making claims not supported by facts nor based on first-hand knowledge we continue to wish ******************** all the best.

    From the statement, In the interest of parting amicably, we did not challenge these reversals ******************* and her family understand that the $62,000 in credit card charges currently in dispute will remain unchallenged and be returned to *******************. If this is indeed the case, ******************* and her family thank Web Finance Team LLC for the amicable parting, and find that this resolution is satisfactory. Web Finance Team LLC continues to retain ownership of the unfinished website and can use it or sell it to someone else, mitigating any perceived loss on their part.

    I was approach by "My Success Pros" was offered a product and when agreed.. purchased services from the company On 3/22/2022 in the amount of $15,000 ...signing a document of which was a contract with Web Finance Team, LLC which contained the following:SERVICES Services to be provided: Customized website with up to 5 stores including Amazon which provides direct access to millions of Amazon products Creation of the 25 required articles that are 100% original content for Amazon approval 16 training sessions in 20 weeks focused on establishing your companys social media presence, building your brand, and benefits of quality ongoing customer engagement via social media Multiple training sessions in website maintenance ************ package included 12 months free website hosting 12 months free website uptime monitoring One video (virtual talent) for the website $15,000.00 We were provided the website and training on **************** marketing. but instead of getting training to be able to maintain the website, we were advised to email our blogs and photos to ******************** in order to have the content posted on the site. The last response from the organization was at the end of September 2022. We no longer get any response to the email requests to post content nor any response to the phone contact numbers provided. Even going to the customer service contact page at ************************************ did not get any response. So the issue is my website is in now stagnant since we do not have access thus unable to update it.If the company is no longer in this business I would like to have them transfer the website to me (e.g. provide the required access to the website and domain so that I can move my product to another hosting company)

    To Whom It May ********************* 27 Apr 2023, after communicating directly with ********************, we mutually agreed to a plan to resolve this matter satisfactorily.

    We agreed to make final changes to her website before transferring the website code to her hosting account.  ************ offer at no charge as an acknowledgement of her inconvenience, to which she gladly agreed.  We completed the updates she requested. 

    We consider this matter successfully resolved.
