    We had a deeply disappointing experience with Skypoint Studios. Initially, everything seemed promisingthey agreed to complete a website refresh for our company and issued a scope of work that outlined the deliverables clearly. Based on that agreement, we moved forward and paid $4,000 of the $6,000 total. (Image Attached)After partial delivery, communication began to slow, and eventually, they went completely darkno responses to emails, calls, or messages. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, we have been left without the remaining deliverables or any explanation.This has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially given the trust and financial investment we placed in them. I would advise caution to anyone considering working with Skypoint Studios, as our experience has been one of ghosting and unmet obligations.Additionally, this company has failed to complete the contractual obligations of the scope of work they agreed to and now are trying to say that we agreed to final payment when the project was incomplete. They have also unprofessionally posted false and misleading statements about not being paid when we have already paid them. They have chosen to slander a business when they didnt not complete the work.

    The reality of this situation is the exact opposite actually. We have completed all possible work on the website. There is one page left that the customer was supposed to provide the content for back in February and they refuse to do so. They are using the one page left as a way to get out of paying the final amount. The owner has been contact over and over again with no response in regards to getting the final content and the final payment, he refuses to provide such content in an effort to get out of paying the final amount. ***************** does not pay their contractors what they agreed upon and I would advise against doing business with them.
