    Dear Ms. **********

I was not in the shop when *** ******** sent the package but was there when he came in to receive his refund.

He was reimbursed for everything that ***** reimbursed to me.
He declined to buy insurance. Please see attached affidavit by ****** *******
He refused to disclose the contents of the package. A red flag went up for me when I heard he sent it ***** overnight and refused to declare its' contents or buy insurance.
He told me the contents were worth $1800 but again refused to disclose the contents.
He created a ridiculous scene in my shop with several customers present , was verbally abusive and threatening to sue me, etc. Of course, then I had to ask him to leave the premises.
In reviewing the documents I see the amount he paid was $313.68 but I wrote the check for $313.63. I must have misread the amount. I owe him a nickel. He's not allowed back into my shop so perhaps I should just pay the 5 cents forward.
I am sending you this via email, but as we determined yesterday your emails are not arriving to me.
Please let me know if you received this. I will also fax it to you.
