The worst eye care center I've experienced. I've been wearing contacts for years so I did not think getting a new contact rx would be troubling. However Dr ********************** and few members of his staff have made my renewing rx and choosing a contact brand of choice difficult. I received my exam early June and it's now early July. During my exam, I informed Dr ********************** that I am needing more comfortable and breathable lenses that are safe if I happen to fall asleep with them in. I explained there are times I accidentally fall asleep with my contacts in while putting my little to bed. Dr ********************** critized without being understanding. I explained my situation again and that I'm not intentionally sleeping with my contacts in, and asked if there were any brands that would be safer. Dr ********************** said there are no studies or *** approved contacts that are safe to sleep in. He gave me three options of contact brands with no recommendations after voicing my concerns. I decided on a brand and was told to wear for a week then follow up in person if I want to receive my contact rx. I contacted the office a few days after my examination informing that I learned there are extended wear contact lenses and would like to know what they carry or if possible to order trials because the brand I decided to try dries up my eyes during the day and have become irritating. The gentleman I spoke to went on saying he wears the same brand and that I shouldn't be having those issues. I explained again I would like to try a different brand but he came off as lazy pushing me to stay with the brand I was sent home with. After asking to speak with someone else he proceeded to say I'll talk with the Dr because I'm not a doctor. ************** contacted me and said they will order extended wear lens and call me for when I can come in. It's been over 2 weeks and no one has responded to my emails or calls. Poor understanding, knowledge, and communication from Dr ********************** and staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go somewhere else.

This last year has been the worst with Dr. ********************** office ***** I have personally been with him for years. It began in March my daughter and I had an appointment apparently the doctor was running 2 hours behind and the staff failed to mention or inform me( if the had I could have rescheduled for a better day). I had 2 other children I had to pick up. our appointment was at 2 we arrived at 1:45 we had to end up leaving at 4:30 we had our eyes dilated and were waiting until I couldnt wait any longer. I told them that I could not stay because my children were at daycare and I needed to go the staff was very rude when I asked for an excuse note due to taking my child out of school what was said because you were not seen we can not write you a note. I left them know I would be calling our Case worker and immediately when that was mentioned and I was on the phone the office then provided an excuse note. I scheduled a follow up exam at which time I asked if our eyes would have to be dilated again the ***** member said no! we had already be dilated so they would just finish the exam. That staff said she apologize under standing my situation as a mom and that they should have relayed information and gave me the option to reschedule before I took off work she was so sincere than most of the staff. So fast forward to today. We had a confirmation call for our appointment tomorrow I had said yes . However I let him know the situation we had and what the ***** told me I just wanted to confirm it was true . At which time he began having an attitude, when I called him on it and said I didnt appreciate it he said that its a medical office what do you expect and went on and on it was a lot very rude and I have documented that call so I asked for his title and name he again once more .there is more but I ran out of character please review yelp for the whole statement gentleman who rudely disrespected me is ********************* and ***** is the office manager who has removed us.
