      **** group has been extremely unprofessional and difficult to work with. We had to find our tenants on our own, ****** never listed our house or advertised in any way. Once we signed the initial contract it was almost impossible to get ahold of him and we almost lost our tenants because of his lack of communication. Our tenants signed the contract in December of 2022 and have not received a single payment from him in three months. Our tenants contact ** directly when there is an issue because they cant get ahold of anyone from **** Group. Over the last 3 months ****** has claimed to send checks in the mail, but not have tracking numbers and when we never received them he will act confused and say hes not in the office so he will check when he gets there, then proceeds to never follow up until we are practically threatening to break the contract. We will be telling everyone we know in Clovis and surrounding areas to avoid **** group. We are extremely disappointed in our experience working with them.
