      motor purchased under a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty with defective heads. See invoices of mechanics, timely claim file by Ortiz & ****. **** will file in court for all damages now due to no responsible response from ****, and they will pay half of all costs for the half-motor received by them, and misrepresented by law. They could not have checked compression on the rear cylinders without removing the intake-manifold which bolts were broken and rusted(see mechanics invoice presented to ****).I could come there to collect, depending on how corrupt your courts are!

      I'm filing a formal complaint soon to regulators, DA,DOJ, DMV etc et al. **** has done nothing but ignore since notified of motor failure, and promise to refund, pay damages. I'll send ortiz email with complaint. you can get from **** at *** ** ****. I don't put-up with fraud and corruption for money by anyone, or thing, as they will soon find-out. Refund, pay half-of damages for half their motor supplied, and they have a core to rebuild and make money.

      Customer ******* **** broke down in Carrizozo NM in April 2022. He came to my automotive shop looking for a mechanic. A diagnostic was performed on his Dodge Caravan and found the motor was no good. We discussed his options and he decided to get a used motor. The motor was purchased with a 12-month warranty or 12,000-mile warranty from ******* ** ** ********** *** 

      ******* ** places safety tabs on all used motors to decipher is the motor was compromised in any way. If the safety tabs are compromised the warranty is voided. In this case the tabs were compromised due to engine getting hot.

      Mr. **** contacted my sister on May 16, 2022, and stated that he had been monitoring the motor, checking fluids and leaks and stated all is well. That had been 3 weeks and he had traveled at least 450 miles since the engine was replaced. He had no issues to report at that time. 

      Mr. **** contacted me 8 months later and stated that he was in a mechanic shop with engine problems. I contacted ******* ** to get the warranty started for a replacement engine. My contact at ******* ** wanted pictures of the safety tabs. The pictures will determine if the warranty is valid. The pictures showed the tabs were melted due to engine overheating. Problems with the cooling system besides the motor could have caused overheating. The engine ran well along with the heads until it over heated. My contact at ******* ** stated the warranty was voided since the safety tables were melted. The warranty will not be honored because the problem is not with a defected motor.

      The tabs were not melted in the motor! This is a lie, and pictures were given to prove it. The motor did not over heat and the cooling system was repaired. The mechanics who replaced the heads said the motor was overheated many times( see invoice of **** in Helena MO. This is a complete reflection of the true problem in order not to cover the warranty for the heads. If the heat-tabs were melted the bottom-end would have seized-up! I saved the motor by turning it off and getting it repaired. It is not possible Ortiz would make such a statement and I'm sending him an email now. I have the photographic evidence of the intact heatabs and they have been submitted. I fully expect reimbursement under the warranty as stated by Ortiz!
