On March 11, 2025 the New Mexico Attorney General’s Office announced that it has filed charges in the Second Judicial District Court against Flawless Results, John Steven Georges Sr., Robert Dean Murphy Jr. also known as Bobby Murphy, Jacob Chalmer Tryon, and Cross River Bank. Charges filed allege the businesses are in violation of state law prohibiting violations of the New Mexico Unfair Practices Act.
