    Yesterday 7/22/2024 my vehicle (2011 Nissan Rogue SV) was towed by "Roadrunner towing" @ approximately 11AM MST. From a "***** *******" Apartment complex property. I had parked my vehicle there on the same morning it was towed. Found out they only left a wrinkled up business card that says "Roadrunner Towing ************* $60 towing". I immediately called number provided as that's all I was given by co workers who seen tow truck take my vehicle.
    The first time I called I had many questions and the guy was disrespectful and hostile from the beginning. I asked my father in law to help with communication because he talks more professional than myself.. when my father in law called (2nd call) the guy was worse and even more disrespectful making threats about "him having the upper hand and us having to listen because he can do what he wants" he then hung up and text my phone number saying "don't bother looking for address because it's not on any digital platform and before I send an address I need proof of Title & Drivers License and it will be $240 CASH ONLY" at that moment we stopped communicating with the guy and instantly called ******* (APD) to ask for advice and get information on vehicle. I spoke with APD dispatch #**** and she was super kind and patient and helped me through to get **** out there since they needed an actual address n dispatch couldn't tell us exact address for security purposes she communicated that to BCSO. By that point much time had passed and it was about to be 4pm when we got contacted with Deputy #*** he called the guy for us and it was said, they were closed at 3pm and to go tomorrow 11-1 (7/23/2024).... Upon receiving vehicle back, immediately noticed front bumper was scratched significantly. After getting in vehicle and driving, the alignment is messed up REALLY BAD and my passenger side fender & Headlight is all fallen apart. Prior to incident car was in great condition bought it off a dealership and NO issues to vehicle.

    I was parked downtown sitting in my car and a tow company hook my car and begain raising it in the air. I didnt know what was going on and a guy came up and said my car was up for repossession. I was 1 month behind. My father passed away and funeral expenses interfered with my monthly car payment . i told the tow driver in was gonna call the bank and pay it as I planned to later on once I received a check in the mail. The tow driver began to harrass me while trying to call bank still in my car, he called the police, told them I hit him with my car, that was untrue as my car was already lifted in the air. He also said I had a gun in my hand which was not true and the cop verified that searching my purse. The cop asked tow driver where he was hit by my car then continued to say he was not hit, but ibtried to run him over when my car tires were not onbthe ground. The price for reposession was 500 and they want to charge 250 because they claim it put tow driver in danger and he was standing in the hot sun . they also want to charge me another $50 to retrieve my belongings. I ibwas sitting in my car the whole time trying to make payment and was on hold for a representatives, I was not trying tonrun him over, nor did I hit him with or have a gun in my possesion. The cop agreed that the guy lied about me hitting him with my car and having a gun in my possession. Are they able to charge outrageous fees for false accusations. I try to complain to the owner and he said im on drivers lapel camera. The tow driver did not have such device on him but did start recording with a phone for about the last 10 min of the entire situation . told owner i wast trying to argue with him and if he could show some compassion in my situation of my dad passing and not charge the extra 250, the driver was not in danger, while i was trying to clear things with the bank. He said compassion will not pay his bills and will charge me more if i called back and hung up on me. **
