    They have predatory practices shouldn't have a license to do any business but they are corrupt and broken

    CS towing is very rude. They laughed in my face. They yelled in my face. They wouldnt allow me to get my phone out of my car or my wallet out of my car. It had been in there for three months until my case had been. dismissed on December 20 24 by then the amount to get my vehicle out was more than $2000. It had been picked up in October 2024 and I was charged over ************************************************************ my car. I lost my job because of that I asked everybody to help me the police station. Ive called the state. Ive asked if I could work for the CS towing they left in my face. C S towing its **********************

    If there was a way to give a NEGATIVE (-5) star rating re: this CS Towing *** I would grant it just that! My Husband was found unresponsive, in his car, therefore was admitted into the OR, while his car was towed to this towing company. I went to go see about his car & the employee there was so very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Even after showing him our marriage license, that employee would not allow me to gather my Husbands personal belongings from his car. My Husband was incapacitated for a ******** got a letter from his surgical team, explaining this & still that employee did not accept that letter. He said that I needed a Power of Attorney in order to have rights to his car. I spoke to my ***************** assigned Social ************ informed me that in order for me to get Power of Attorney that Id need my Husbands signature; which was not possible because he was incoherent/incapacitated. So, Im now waiting on the death certificate to take it to the bank so, they will access his car & all his personal belongings. Im certain, that these towing companies are more interested in the ongoing fees to keep the car than anything else. Its been 10 days now & my Husband has now passed 4 days ago. We did not choose this towing company, the police had it towed there at the time of my Husbands incident. Stay away from this towing company & do NOT do business with CS Towing; horrible company!
