    This complaint listed the name of Sujay T*****, a respected business leader in the Albuquerque community, because he is listed as the Registered Agent for most of the Global Storage Facilities in Albuquerque on the State of New Mexico Division of Corporations and Business Services.
    Summary of Incident: I was assaulted by an employee of Global Storage/U-Haul. On or about Saturday, 1 October 2022, at approximately 2:30 to 3:00 p.m., I was attempting to return a U-Haul trailer to Global Storage/U-Haul at 12000 Candelaria Road in Albuquerque. I politely ask the female behind the desk to please restrain her dog. She became angry and verbally abusive. The male employee in the office told me to back the trailer against a curb. In backing up the trailer, I “jack-knifed” it. I went back to the office to get help backing the trailer. The door to the office was now locked. Staff at the office had to open the door to accommodate a Global Storage customer. At that time the male employee said he would come to my car and help me guide the trailer to the curb which he did. The female employee who had been verbally abusive went with the male employee. She positioned herself and her dog between me and the male employee. I simply walked to the other side of the truck. The male said he would send an email to me to document the return of the trailer. I did not receive the Email.
    Because I did not receive an email confirmation on the return of the trailer, I returned to Global Storage/U-Haul on Monday, 3 October 2022 at approximately 1:00 to 1:30 p.m., I returned to the Global Storage/U-Haul. to make sure I received an email documenting the transaction was complete. Upon entering the office, I was immediately physically assaulted and attacked by the female employee. AT NO TIME, DID I PHYSICALLY HIT HER, CALL HER NAMES OR ASSAULT HER. I SIMPLY PUT MY HANDS IN A DEFENSIVE POSITION TO PROTECT MYSELF. (Supplemental Information will provided directly to the company)
