  I worked closely with ******************** through the process of getting my book published and found her to be very easy to work with, and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done, and how and when to do each part of the process. When she would ask about any part of it, she wanted my input, if it was worthy, she followed my advice, if not we discussed it and came to an agreement, and then went with the agreed upon plan. She was very instrumental in how and what was done, and I know beyond a shadow of a doubt the finished product was much better by following her advice than it would have been with going by my plans. Excellent people to have worked with, happy with the finished product, would be happy to work with them again, anytime.

  On May 21, 2024, ***************************, sales rep, lied that no money was required to get my book published. The info he sent me was upfront about requiring an "investment" to get my book republished. Beware. Say goodbye to any money you give,

  i am an established author, having had 7 books previously published by large publishing companies. citiofbooks contacted me and so far has been very responsive. my book is just being published by them now, so we'll see how it goes. in the meantime, both ********************* and *********************** have been particularly helpful. i will give them 3 stars for now and change it to a higher rating if their promises pan out.

  *************************** is very pleasant and responsive to phone calls/emails. She always returns calls same day when asked if possible. She wants to do her very best. As a business owner, I dont give 5 stars to individuals as everyone as room for improvement..including me.

  ****** is great and should have a raise.:) However I am still wating results from the advertising campain. Very interested in seeing how the returnable flag works with the book distrubuters.

  Citi of Books contacted me and we agreed through a contract that they would publish and sell my book, which included a money back guarantee. They were initially helpful. In order to speed up the process I did all the editing and provided a publish-ready manuscript. They made a number of mistakes, which I offered to correct for them. However, they cut off all contact with me, despite many attempts through email and phone messages. I requested my investment to be returned in accordance with the contract, which they have refused to honor They cannot be trusted.
