  I have been searching for a new publishing company for quite some time now after my previous one, to put it simply, ghosted me. I already had two books published with them and was planning to release my third, but I was unable to get in touch with them. Anyway, enough about that.After extensive research into various publishing companies, Citi of Books stood out the most. The biggest draw for me was their local presence, making communication and collaboration more convenient. I reached out via their website over the weekend, and to my surprise, they responded promptly on Monday right at their opening hours.Before I knew it, I was in contact with two incredible professionals who have made this experience truly seamless. First, ***** *******. From the very beginning, she has been instrumental in getting my project off the ground. Not only did she assist with my third installment, but she also answered all my questions regarding my first two books. What started as a plan to revise them has now turned into a complete republishing endeavor with Citi of Books. ***** has introduced me to a range of valuable services, and I appreciate that theres no pressurejust genuine support tailored to my needs.Then, there's ***** *****. She has been in constant communication with me, ensuring every detailfrom cover design to interior formattingaligns with my vision. Unlike my previous publisher, she has given me full creative control, allowing me to choose my cover style, interior layout, page color, font, and font size. Any issues that arose, whether on my end or otherwise, were met with patience and a commitment to making sure I was completely satisfied with the final product. She has been an absolute joy to work with.Both have made this journey an absolute pleasure, and Im genuinely excited to continue working with them on this project and future ones.   My experience with Citi of Books has been quite fulfilling. They do pretty much everything they claim to do for me. As an author, I need help marketing and promoting my books, which this company does well. ***** ***** has been an excellent fulfillment officer. She contacts me often and offers to assist me with whatever project we are working on, such as republishing one of my books. *** ******* is my official contact and is equally efficient, professional, and attentive to my needs.
