      We hired GoPlay Systems to install a play gym at our pediatric dental clinic in ***********, **, and the entire process has been nothing short of a nightmare. The equipment is cheap, poorly made, and already falling apartand the gym is not even a year old.Two pieces are already damaged and still under warranty: a large punching bag (which nearly fell on a childit is NOT lightweight) and a large mounted triangle play piece that makes a terrible squeaking noise. To make matters worse, the triangle cannot be removed without literally cutting it out of the play structure.When I reached out to GoPlay Systems, their representatives told me we had to ship the damaged items back at our expensewhich would cost hundreds of dollars and was never stated in their warranty. Expecting a pediatric clinic to find boxes, pack, and ship large, broken gym equipment back to the manufacturer is completely unreasonable and unacceptable.Not only is the product quality substandard, but the customer service is horrendous. Weve already had multiple failures in less than a year, and their so-called warranty is nothing more than an excuse to push the burden and cost back onto the customer.?? My advice: avoid GoPlay ********************** at all costs. Their equipment is unsafe, their warranty is misleading, and their customer support is dismissive. Dont risk the safety of your patients, staff, or children with this company.

      Kids Dental Issue:Kids Dental: Multiple installations two years ago with the 1st reported issue just a few weeks ago (punch bag partial detached, mite/tite-loose)Kids Dental Solution:We have requested a punch bag (made of Foam-PVC) and a mite (foam/wood/PVC) be sent back for review at our ******* facility. We have already communicated to Kids Dental the parts would be evaluated and we would send out new ones in previous communications.This process is designed to ensure product quality, quality enhancements and provide proper playground operational feedback to our clients.GoPlay products have gone through the most rigorous State approval processes to check adherence to **** safety standards. GoPlay Policy and Quality Feedback Process GoPlay's policy is to request the broken part be sent back and evaluated for failure mode. In most cases failure is due to misuse and or lack of playground supervision /preventive maintenance . ****** does replace these returned parts in most instances at no charge to our clients with new parts.If it is determined that mis-use has occurred we discuss with the client whether:a. Playground rules are in place b. What type of supervision is provided c. ****** will request maintenance forms (daily, weekly, and monthly) be submitted for review to see what type of maintenance if any has occurred on the playground. Operators are responible for preventative maintenance and can call us at anytime with questions and recommendations)****** provides all the above information to our clients in our manual.Sincerely,GoPlay
