    He is stealing from medicade insurance company and I am not the only one. Marcus Company came over and took out my garden tub replacing a shower. I spoke to the company explaing my situation so that they understood. I told them I am 6ft tall 250 pd's I wanted him to understand the handle's needed to be extra sturdy. I used the shower 3 times , all along the edges are cracked and water started flooding floor underneath. Where he installed the shower head and all the water pipes against a wall he installed there is no opening to get to pipes if there is leaking we would have to cut it open if we need to open to fix any leaking which it is leaking. They cut the tiles in house my husband had to clean all the fine glass dust.

    Water leak at shower area caused damage to bathroom floor.

    Response: 

    On 1/14/25 contact was made with Presbyterian Medicaid member ******* ******. She stated that some grout on the wall near the floor had cracked and water leaking into the crack while taking a shower. I told her we could be there the following day 1/15/25 to address any concerns that she has with the shower. We called ** ****** 1/15/25 to let her know that we are in Las Cruces and would like to schedule a time that is convenient, for us to come by and address any repairs. She was very angry and rude on the phone and told us she didn"t want us to come over or address any repairs. ** ******** Care Coordinator ********* ****** was notified of the situation and said she would follow up and let us know how to preceed. 

    During the following weeks several attempts were made to contact ** ******  without any success. We were able to contact ** ******  on 3/3/25 to try and address any concerns she is having with the shower. She again was very rude and stated that she does not want us to address/repair any concerns she has with the shower and hung up on us.

    I feel that the bathroom modifications provided for ******* ****** were performed and completed in a professional manner. We have certainly made several attempts to address any warranty concerns or issues ** ****** has.
