    A couple of years ago I bought an old mobile home. It needed work. The den had a heat/AC vent that nothing came out of. 3 other rooms had minimal heat come out of the ducts. I had the duct work cleaned out, the first time ever from what was removed from the ducts but that wasn't the problem. I then thought that maybe the heat pump was too small for this mobile home because I was told that the old owners burned up the heat pump because they turned up the thermostat why too high for it too handle I decided it was time to switch from an all electric mobile home to natural gas. I used a recommended heater/AC *** who promised to take care of everything including any needed duct work. They didn't carry through on their promise with the duct work. They did eventually give me the phone #'s of 3 duct contractors who never returned my phone calls or texts. My daughter found the names and numbers of 5 other duct work contractors. Blue Ridge Heating, Cooling Services was one. Blue Ridge Heating almost immediately responded to my text. They were the only ones who responded. After gathering information from me such as my name, address, phone #, email address and problem a friendly, cheerful voice phoned me. It was a rainy day today and in spite of that they sent out a very nice and knowledgeable technication. He not only evaluated my problem but he started to fix what he could. **** and a crew of a couple of others will be returning when they get the supplies that they need. I couldn't be happier and I've already started telling my neighbors that I found a company that responded to me and was stunned when they came out the same day. Coming out the same day may not always be possible, nor was it expected but that phone call saying that they were there for me and would do their best in helping me out meant so very much. Thank you Blue Ridge Heating/Cooling. I know that you will do a good job in fixing my duct work.

    Very knowledgeable, considerate in keeping house clean after work, friendly, arrived on time. I have confidence in there work and knowledge. Before doing any work they gave me an estimate, if unexpected work needed to be done they gave me a new estimate before doing work and only did the work with my consent. Having used them before I believe that their trouble shooting abilities are right on. They try to solve problems as economically as possible, instead of telling me I needed a whole new system because it was out production, they looked up the size and working characteristics of my coil modified my system to accept the new coil, which resolved in my paying 5000 dollars instead of ***** thousand dollars for a new system. Many companies will not do this, it is easier to just replace the system if it is outdated. I am very happy with any work they have done for me.

    **** was on time, courteous and professional. He got right to work in the attic cleaning the air conditioning unit and getting it ready for the summer. He took pictures to help me understand his recommendations but did not pressure me. When he was finished, he vacuumed the floor around the attic access leaving my home sparkling clean. I would definitely recommend Blue Ridge Heating and cooling for all your HVAC needs!

    Technician was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could understand and I will take into account what he said to help determine the course to take. This was second service call that they came for ( one last year) and I have a maintenance contract with them also. Very pleased with every aspect of Blue Ridge. Thanks

    My summer house was not holding temp during a very cold spell. **** from Blue Ridge found a way to get to my home quickly and saw the problem was a failed pump. Water was everywhere. **** not only made the repair so the home wouldnt freeze, but he also took extra time to clean up ***** water all over the laundry room. I was able to stay remote and have confidence that everything was back to normal. Blue Ridge is the best, have used them for years. Personal, highly competent care and maintenance at a reasonable cost.
