      This company is unprofessional! I had an unoccupied tow, which means somebody might not be available. I left the keys in the cup holder with the doors unlocked. With that information specifically noted on the tow information. I have video of the tow driver pulling up and gone within 14 minutes. When I called and spoke with my insurance company they were told they knocked on the door and the car doors were locked which was a lie. I had somebody check and the car doors were in fact unlocked. Now I have cameras inside and outside my home. No knock on the front door or any attempts to see if the car was unlocked.Then contact the company and explain that none of what they said was true and they said well I have a picture of the car. I also have a picture of your tow truck but obviously you didnt do the tow. He also stated he called several times. What does me answering the phone have anything to do with you towing, I asked? He proceeded to tell me do not call his phone anymore. What company that's contracted through an insurance company acts like that, you had all the information you needed to preform the tow and everything was setup to avoid any complications. You should no longer be in business, you are a liar and a disgrace.
