I purchased a yard sign from them in August or September. A single transaction, over the course of the next month they charged my Debit card 6 additional times for charges that I never agreed to and I never received any additional products from them. I emailed them numerous times without any response then finally they responded and said they were going to process a credit for me. On October 7th they gave me a partial refund but they still owe me another $100.00 which they have not refunded to me on the original non authorized charges. I just sent them another email today asking them when they plan on refunding me the balance of my moneyBusiness Response

I purchased a coin in July 2024 and specifically indicated that I did not want a monthly membership to this company. On Labor Day I received notice from my credit card of a possible fraudulent charge on my card. After many tries I was finally able to reach Patriot Pros and a rep, ********, said she would cancel the account. An email follow up asked for the order number, which was provided. No follow up was given, and this month, they're attempting to charge us again. They're not responding to phone messages or emails. I want this canceled.Business Response

This company has a web site that sells items and when you buy something they automatically join you to a "Membership" and they charge your credit card $29.99 each month.This is a sleazy practiceBusiness Response

We want to clarify that when you made your purchase, you signed up through an initial discount VIP promotional offer, which included a membership.
Upon order confirmation, you received an order confirmation explaining the membership and instructions on how to cancel.
The membership is also noted in the product name upon ordering (e.g., “+ PPN VIP”), and it provides exclusive access to promotional deals, discounts of up to 80% on our VIP site, a quarterly box with an assortment of items, and a monthly discount code for new members.
As you no longer wish to be part of the VIP Club, we have gone ahead and canceled your membership to ensure no further charges will be applied as well as removed your information from our systems.

I ordered a ***** coin $6.99 shipping and handling 8/13, then ordered another ***** coin $6.99 8/17. The charges $6.99 I am not disputing. I owed that. Then 8/7 A $29.99 was charged to my x1056 ,then 8/29 a $34.99 was also charged against my x1056 also 9/5 another $34.99 was charged against my x1056 account.I tried contacting this company . I called at least ten times left name, email and phone number. Never got a return call. I did get a credit for $29.99 on 9/2 for the $29.99. I still have been calling the ************ number, of course no one answers just leave name , email and call back number. I don't know what these charges were for. When they present these coins it is $6.99 shipping and handling only. No hidden charges. This was a lie and I called my bank files a dispute and had to cancel my card. They are scammers. On my messages I Left, how much money are they making off of people who don't check their accounts. I'm 81 I just wanted these pin for memorabilia for my granddaughter. There is no way to can talk to a live person. Only leave messages. Sorry I am taking up your time. I just want my $69.98 credited back to my account. I was recently fraudulently charged a $29.99 membership fee from Patriot Pros Network. I never visited their website. I called four times, twice I spoke with someone who told me it was their "business practice" charging this fee. I was told to email them with the needed information, which I also did four times. I am rejecting this response because:Thank you VERY MUCH for reaching out to this company and providing their feedback. However, i have reached out to them by phone over a half dozen times, probably over a dozen emails and filled out a form on their website to cancel the fraudulent membership. When I do reach someone by phone, they promise to take care of the situation immediately and I hear nothing. This has been going on for over 3 weeks. The actual refund is for two months membership, at total of $59.98. Just wanted to follow up on this.
